You may request deletion of personal information held by Todo Wild Tours and Safaris by emailing booking@todowild.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include your full name, email address used with us, telephone number if applicable, and enough detail to identify the enquiry or booking.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we may ask for reasonable proof of identity before acting on a request. We will not delete data if we cannot verify that the requester is authorised.
What we can delete
Where applicable, we will delete or anonymise personal information that is no longer needed for an active booking, legal obligation, safety record, fraud prevention, accounting record, dispute, insurance matter or other legitimate retained purpose.
What we may retain
Some information may need to be retained for tax, accounting, regulatory, contractual, security or legal reasons. If we cannot delete all requested information, we will explain the reason and, where appropriate, restrict further use.
Timing and records
We will acknowledge your request and respond within a reasonable period, subject to verification and applicable law. We may keep a minimal record of the request and action taken so that we can demonstrate compliance and avoid re-contacting you in error.
Marketing
If you only want to stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us. This does not automatically delete booking or legal records.
